We're going to have a slight blip in uptime tonight at 10pm EST. This is due to a switch replacment due to last weekends flooding.
Update: New switch is in place and everything seems to be working well.

I've uploaded some of the photo's of the power room flooding. http://dev.blog.serverspy.net/blog/Photos/PowerRoom To think we were only down for 6 hours! Needless to say, although we have great redundancy in terms of servers etc, we still only host at one location. We're looking into developing a backup cluster of servers in London, UK, to try and avoid a similar problem in future. Saturday, September 23

Update: We should now appear fully up and all services should be running at full speed. Our apologies for today's downtime. We've been informed by our colocation provider that their power room has been flooded by 20feet of water! This has caused the whole building and infact that grid of the city to be without power now for several hours. The backup generators did activate but due to the flooding of the primary power room, there were obvious problems in relaying the power. The fire department have worked hard to find and fix the cause of the water and the power company (after having to get a BOAT in the building) managed to switch off and relay the primary power distrobution system to allow the generator to work. Staff are now on hand cutting live wires and relaying the generator power through the servers and we hope to be back up as soon as humanly possible! I'll post pictures of the damage as soon as i get them. I appreciate your patience during this issue. Monday, September 11

We have update the Unreal Tournament 2004 protocol this week, meaning that you may need to change the query port on your server monitor to make it work. If your query port was 7787, you should now change it to 7778. If your game port is anything other than 7777, just add 1 to your game port number to obtain the likely query port number. For example, if you UT 2004 game port number is 6565, add 1 and get 6566 - this would now be your query port. If this doesn't work for you, feel free to contact us on Live Support or email support (both available via the Help Desk link) to get some help. Thursday, September 7

We have fixed a bug that was causing some scores in AA to show as a negative number. Player ranks show the past 7 days of activity, so it may take up to a week before you no longer see negative scores in the player ranks tables, but all scores in the live server monitors should now show correctly.
